GST1212M is an integrated 14 bit AD, low NETD, high reliable, small and lightweight, low input power focal plane array adapted to uncooled thermal imaging. It includes a Focal Plan Array(FPA) made from VOX resistive bolometer connected to a silicon Read Out Integrated Circuit(ROIC),and thermoelectric cooler (TEC).
