The C615S MWIR is the first release T2SL MWIR thermal imaging detector in the world that makes the mass production of cooled thermal detector with WLP package to be real. It is take the same size and interface with traditional MCT detector that is easy to upgrade the technology from MCT detector to T2SL.C615S MWIR is a 640*512 T2SL MWIR thermal detector that is integrated metal Dewar and self-produce RS058/RS046 rotate Sterling mini cooler. Big FPA and small pixel size can give you more clear and smooth image in the extreme weather condition such as total darkness, heavy rain, dust storm etc that is widely used in military such as recon, precision strikes, air defense and civil like frontier and coast defense, surveillance and scientific research.
