The C1212M product is an infrared optic-electronic device sensitive to radiation in the 3.7 to 4.8 micrometer spectral region. It includes a high-sensitivity focal plane array (FPA) comprised of a 1280×1024 element two dimensional detector array made of photovoltaic (PV) Mercury Cadmium Telluride (HgCdTe/MCT) connected to a Silicon readout integrate circuit (ROIC) by indium bump technology, and a 0.75W@77K stirling cycle rotary microcooler integrated into a metal dewar.
Features:
• 1280X1024 MegaPixels high resolution;
• More distinguishable with more image details;
• 12μm pixel size effectively enhances the range mission;
• 12μm pixel size economically reduses the optical and whole system size and cost
Applications:
• Handheld Reconnaissance Systems
• Remote Monitoring Systems
• Search and Track Systems
• Aircraft Enhanced Vision Systems(EVS)
• EOS Payload
• Gas Detection
• Nondestructive Testing
• Spectral Analysis
